The Scented Garden
We have planted seeds, seedlings and young plants in our playground and have been watching how they grow. We know plants like the sun and need watering regularly to grow well.
Windowsill Garden
We tried to grow a windowsill garden using food scraps such as carrot tops and shrivelled potatoes. Look how the potato grew roots, stems leaves and flowers to form a new plant. Now to plant it in the garden and see if it will grow some new potatoes!
Bubbles
Year 2 undertook an investigation to find out 'what shape is a bubble?' Then they tried to make the biggest bubble they could.
